While I just write about sex, Sarah Hedley IS sex. She's the only person I know who can talk about anal masturbation in public with authority and integrity, she can reel off five different foods that'll make your ejaculate taste nicer without blinking, and, if I was Prime Minister, I would make her mobile number available through NHS Direct for everyone who needed a level-headed mate to sort out their rubbish sex life.

Finally a sex book for people who really enjoy sex and others whose love life might need a little pick-me-up. Sarah is obviously someone who knows a great deal about sex and the book is a great bedside read. It's fun but also packed full of helpful tips and games you can play with your partner. I particularly enjoyed the supermarket shopping game where each person has to go through the shop picking up items according to their use as a sex toy. Sexual 'luedo' was also very funny. I couldn't put it down.

Packed with all the basic facts you need to know about sex, along with numerous tricks you'd never have thought of (particularly when it comes to lube) every base is covered from contraception to kink, anal sex to vibrators. And it's not just informative. It's also written in Hedley's characteristic humorous tone, meaning you can learn and laugh at the same time. This is a great read for anyone who likes sex and wants to know more about it (so, most people then)
