I love this book. As and 18 year old,I had really this for the health section mainly as I use my wii and my local gym to exercise. But if i was to go on holiday and wanted to workout while away this has wonderful workouts that are well depicted with great pictures. Being colour coded (in sections) it made it easy to come back to a section you were once on. And it just looks really pretty. I think this is a book that i can have with me through out life. I loved in the workout half how it had workouts for specific things like toning your abs, dancer work out and many more. I liked in the health half how it suggested things you could swap for a healthy substitute, and the quick and easy facts that are very helpful. One thing I will say is that i thought it might be a bigger size book. But it makes up for its size with the 500 great tips. I'm overly happy that I got this!
