Excellent - My moon-obsessed 2 year old loves it,

Do you have a child who loves the moon? Do you always have to look up and smile as she points skyward and exclaims, "Moon! Moon!"? Well, I do. I looked everywhere for a book with lots of moon pictures and happened upon this book in the library. It is perfect. My 2 year old daughter loves it. The first time we read it I had to go through the book 4 times! Praise indeed. Each page is beautifully illustrated with lots to talk about. The moon is painted in its various states and the aerial backdrops take you from backgarden suburbia, to Arabia, to dragon-filled forests, to over a lighthouse...it is beautiful. A book that will be read over and over, that's why I am buying a copy for her.

You know those books that throughout your childhood make you feel special because they are so beautiful - well this is one of those books and no child should grow up without it. beautifully written and gorgeous illustrations
