I have this book for adults and wanted to share some of the insights with my daughter. Whats interesting is she really enjoyed learning about these spiritual aspects of life and would be handing the book to me each morning and evening to read with her.

I expected this book to be different from Chopra's other offerings.
It isn't.
I did at least learn the wisdom of not judging a book by its cover, but that is about all.
