I have not bought this product and do not intend to. A friend bought it and today I read the label. Not impressed. It does not specify what type of vitamin E it contains and I was not happy with the contents of the shell capsule itself. I advised my friend to prick the capsule, squeeze out the oil and use only the oil. Throw the capsule away. There are 8 different types of vitamin E and no doubt this product, like many others, only had the cheapest form. It may represent value for money for what you get but I always buy a more expensive vitamin E with a mixture of the different types of vitamin E. Sorry Seven Seas but I do not like this product. I do like your bottled cod liver oil thought, so you're not all bad.
