An excellent product recommended for people who want a smaller dose in a smaller capsule over the day rather than one single large dose in a large capsule.
I bought these for my mother & she's happy just taking two a day & is a firm believer that they are the key to good health.

They are good at their job but, the capsules are quite small so, you would have to take maybe one more than it says on the container to feel the benefit.Seven Seas Traditional Cod Liver Oil 120 Capsules

For the moment i don't feel any improvements, altough bear in mind that real improvements kicks in after 3-4 months of treatment. They have a normal taste, and sometimes you can feel a bad breath but everything is normal.
Until one day, i had headaches , and i felt very tired, now i don't know if it's from the pills or is just me, but i'm still going to use them.
Some people say that you can find mercury inside cod liver oil capsules, but i think here is not the case for. I recommend them. Cheers !

I am wholly satisfied with this product. I have never found the one-a-day capsules to be effective. Being able to take 2 capsules three times a day provides exactly what I need. Read more

Low amount of Cod oil
This item is a little missleading as it does not say how much oil the capsules contain. I'm used to 1000mg and assumed stupidly this would have a similar amount but it does not. Read more
