The other reviewer has either never taken other pills/multivitamins in her life, or is just pessimistic, but these pills unlike other multivitamins i have taken *one being Centrum Advanced which is a much bigger pill and has no soft coating for easy swallowing* aren't big, about the size of a baked bean, they don't smell bad *they remind me of the smell of cocoa powder, and actually taste kinda sweet, probably down to the ginseng*, are not hard to swallow at all due to the soft gelatine/oil coating, and appear to work much better then Centrum did for me *noticed an increase in alertness/energy after the first pill, i take them before i sleep* and at more than half the price, kaching!
I previously used Seven Seas Multispectrum with Minerals ect and they worked well but sadly Boots stopped stocking them so i had to resort to Centrum... I am glad to see they are still stocked online, especially the ginseng ones since they seem to perk you up more, and i am hoping them help to improve my energy/hair/skin just like the previous Seven Seas i took did :)
I shall be back to review if they made a difference.
