I knew I was taking a chance when I ordered these baskets, as there were no reviews and they were very reasonably priced (less than half what I paid for equivalent items at John Lewis) but I was still disappointed when I opened the box and took a closer look at the contents. The wicker is of appalling quality, painted white on the outside only and very messily at that. The liners are thin and badly fitting. When I removed them, I discovered that one of the baskets was quite dirty. It looked like it needed a good scrub - but how can you clean wicker that's not been treated in any way?
This is most definitely not a quality product, as mentioned in the description. The best I can say about these baskets is that they look OK from a distance.
