Gardiner possess that rare ability to weave history, mythology and spiritual tradition into writing that is both understandable and enjoyable to those out of the gnostic loop, as well as to steadfast Initiates. His source material is irreproachable and intentions totally above board. His work contains a wealth of information worthy of Frazer, Blavatsky and Crowley-minus those writers' ponderous style (Frazer), mystification (Blavatsky), and idiosyncrasy (Crowley)

Never in my life I have been so startled by the conclusions of a book. There was a lot out there about this book on the internet, but incredibly the conclusions and so much more had been kept a secret - very clever marketing. But, although I wondered about this being just another Grail book, no, its much much more. This book encompasses everything, every myth, every culture, every period of mankinds history and answers it all! You just would not think it possible. But it does. Scientifically too!! Buy it, seriously. As Andrew Collins said in his review of the book, "one for everybodies bookshelf".

Repetitive and Boring,

The information contained in this book is certainly informative, and I would recommend it for that. However, the presentation is abysmal. The book could be about half its size, once you take out the repetition; and the overall presentation could be better ... it is diffucult to find particular passages to refer to, because there is no set pattern for the way that the text is presented.
