An interesting read which, if you relax and clear your mind of all the normal daily bits of trivia, can be very thought provoking. As with many valuable ideas there will be some people who just 'do not get it'.

Peace is, perhaps, everyone's "Holy Grail". This book puts forward a radical proposal: that peace is there for the taking, wherever you are, and whatever you're doing. Entertaining and encouraging.

Jim is a writer that connects with the reader very naturally. This book is easy to read and carries an important message to reflect on in this 'busy being busy' society we live in.
