Book Description

Vronsky not only offers sound theories on what makes a serial killer, but also provides concrete suggestions on how to survive an encounter with one - from recognising verbal warning signs to physical confrontational resistance. Exhaustively researched with transcripts of interviews with killers, and featuring up-to-date information on the apprehension and conviction of the Green River Killer and the Beltway Snipers, Vronsky's one-of-a-kind book covers every conceivable aspect of an endlessly riveting true-crime phenomenon.

5.0 out of 5 stars A lot of crazy people out there...., 3 Dec 2005
By Jaws (Bergen, Norway) - See all my reviews
Vronsky holds back on nothing in this book, exploring the very depths of (in)humanity. With grisly, detailed information on the methods of the killers, this book can really give you nightmares. There really is a lot of crazy people out there! Vronsky also offers information on how the authorities work on capturing the perps. A must read for all interested in the darker sides of the human mind!
