Format:Audio CD
This is a BRILLIANT cd of Taneyev's Piano Trio and Piano Quartet and listening to them makes you wonder why the Russian genius is not better known. Having seen the Barbican Trio perform the Quartet, it is necessary to say how their extraordinary vitality and sense of humour transmits itself in their playing.
This is a wonderful cd.
