I was blown away when I listened to this. Poetry provides great words but to have it sung with such haunting melodies which reach your heart is something else! Great singing from the four top British soloists too. I like the Celtic style tracks the best with the lovely clear voice of Elin Manahan Thomas.
This album is uplifting and original - just what you need in this present uncertain financial climate. The human soul responds wonderfully well to this kind of treatment! At least mine did!

This album is lovely.
I originally purchased it as I am a long standing fan of the voice of Juliette Pochin (see alsoVenezia)
Juliette sings some lovely tracks...and she and her co -producer James Morgan have done a fantastic job helping to create this masterpiece of words and music. I find it very difficult to find one track as a favourite...they all have their own special place in a fine collection of uplifting listening. This album will be a firm favourite in my collection.
