I've recently been trying to lose weight and to help track my changing shape I decided to invest in this tape measure. Having read a number of reviews this tape measure came out favourably and having used this a number of times now.
The tape measure is easy to use on your own and although some reviews say it's fiddly getting the peg to stay in the tape measure once it's around what you're measuring, as long as your careful there isn't an issue.
The only reason I haven't given this a five star rating is down to the fact it looks quite cheap and feels cheap

It is a good tape although sometimes it is not so easy to take the measures and to maintain the tape in the hole. Anyway, good choice :).

This tape is great if you want to monitor your fitness goals. It's also really useful to measure your body fat index. It's easier to use than the ones at the gym (and the best quality for this price range).
