Really useful and inspiring book for a student midwife.
Presented in a very clear way and well referenced to encourage further study and research.

Better than Ina May Gaskin for midwives 10 Mar. 2012
By Rina Buxbaum - Published on
Format: Paperback
Caroline Flint works in UK where homebirth is normal, so her gestault is not like Ina May Gaskin's who works at the fringe, but rather what midwifery is truly about.
Ina May Gaskin's work is very useful in the US where birth is twisted beyond recognition. But for those who want a look at what midwifery is really about, this book is a must read.
Judy Slome Cohain, CNM
Midwife since 1982
