I have been a firm fan of Senseo coffee pods for some time as I own 2 Senseo machines. I ususally buy the strong pods from my local supermarket, but when I saw these advertised I wanted to compare them with my usual. I bought one packet of each blend

I was not disappointed, but as I had to order them from Amazon(very efficient as usual) and they were a bit dearer than usual, I decided not to order any more for the time being.I suppose that to make a fair test I should have sampled each flavour within a short amount of time, and if I were blindfolded, I may not have guessed which was which. But that is not to say that I did not like them. If you want something a little different, then give them a go. The coffee machine itself is very easy and efficient, and the pods are easy to dispose of.

This is the same excellent quality that I have come to expect from all Douwe Egberts coffee - they have not disappointed me yet and I keep on using coffee machines that take this size pods. (Unfortunately, the Senseo machine itself, particularly the New Generation line, seems to have reached its electronic level of incompetence.)

Arrived promptly. So nice to try different coffee's and to be able to pick the coffee to match your wants. Instead of paying a high price for posh coffee in a cafe, I can indulge at home.

Very good but overpriced
I enjoyed each of the different types of coffee but it does seem a little expensive. I found them much cheaper in my local co-op so won't be buying them off the internet any more!

Senseo coffees are fine and bought in some kind of bulk in the UK, in multiple packs of 3x16, should be easier to do .... and can be done. Read more

The coffee is of an average standard. Normal filter coffee we use is of a much higher standard. However for a quick cup of coffee this is okay.
