Having never owed my own headset before, I was expecting great things, my car has built in phone connection, so I've never needed it. However, when I got this I was expecting great things because it is designed to do a single job, pass audio back and forth between myself and my phone.
Firstly: price. The price is £150, this is a lot of money by most standards and I would expect a certain quality level. You get that with this, the build quality is very high and it looks good.
Secondly: build quality, as mentioned above, it's a nice bit of kit, comfortable do wear, and looks good.
Thirdly: sound. My voice level is good, the person on the other end can hear me loud and clear, no crackling, no background interference brilliant! But coming the other way... That Is where we hit the problem. It's just too quiet. I can barely hear anything over the sound of the cars engine, so walking down the street would be out of the question.
Simply put this is why it only got two stars, something like this needs to be strong in both directions. But it simply isn't.
