I am, or was, a Sennheiser fan. I bought these headphones as a medium price range pair to go to the gym with, and after I got over the initial discomfort (they don't fit like normal in ear headphones) I was pleased, they sounded great and they never came out of my ears.

Unfortunately the green pieces started to lose themselves, other reviews have mentioned the ease with which they drop off and disappear, then I discovered that the rubber wrapping the wire had split - I'm quite annoyed with how little time they lasted - about two months.

If you are in to your excercise these headphones are fantastic.I've tried several pairs with different fitting mechanisms but these are the only earphones which stay glued in your ear.
They are light enough to almost forget they are there.
In addition the sound quality is very good for the price. In comparison with Sennheisers HD25 monitor headphones (£150). Whilst not quite retaining the richness and depth of a more expensive closed back headphone the Mx75s give a very detailed and neutral low and midband with a suitably fizzy treble.Subtle enough to impress but never harsh.Stereo imaging is eerily good.
As mentioned in the other review these phones do cause some discomfort when first worn for long periods but the ears tolerance soon builds up to a comfortable wear.
Also provided is an array of different sized attachments for a perfect ear fit and a cool magnetically sealed rubber case.
Bargain.

really there is only one con to these headphones - comfort an extreme issue, after spending 30mins devising the best way to put these in i have decided that theyre going to take some getting used or maybe i won't at all...

pros a few mostly aesthetic, i love the colour and the way they look but this doesnt mean a great deal, what your reakky after is great sound quality and to be honest these are amazing, im running them on my MP3 player at the moment and on high bitrate songs i have crisp, clear vibrant sound - im sure they'd sound better on a higher quality music....


the one suggestion i would make for a set of sport head phones - and sennheiser make a model in this range... go for a set of headphones with the neck strap part of the headphones... you can keep your mp3 player around you neck and keep strain from the wires and even occasionally the ear, alot of the time preventing knocking them out...
