This is a fantastic set of headphones, especially for the price. I got them for use in my home studio following the very positive reviews for the previous version and the price of the current ones was just right for me. They come with a small bag for storage and a decent length cable. For me the cable was sufficient length for my use with my pc studio gear, it's also great the cable does detach so that you not only can pack them away but also can replace the cable if you need a longer one and also very useful for the number of times I tread on the wires, so at least it comes out rather than snaps. The quality of the build is great, really feels strong and they bend nicely so shouldn't get broken my clumsy self when falling on them.
Audio Quality: Simply awesome!! You can really hear everything in the mix so clearly, well for my own studio use this was the case and sufficient, everyones budget is different but this is more than adequate for an amateur studio user. I have also used these for PC gaming and with my Apple iPod classic 160GB - Black too and again the sound is amazing. I was always told that if you want to test headphones for sound quality listen to 15 Step by radiohead, and they are not wrong there. Sounds incredible in these! When being used for PC gaming, you'll really feel totally absorbed as i do, there is so much depth to these and long term use does not either cook my ears or ache etc...really comfortable.
The detachable cable is really good for this too as usually when i fall asleep i roll over and would possibly at some point end up breaking the cable in the night if the ipod got stuck on something (worst case scenario) but not with this. :)
If this is for DJ use, again the flip cup idea would be great too. Not that I DJ, but I imagine its useful to be able to hear what's going on outside the headphones whilst half being immersed in the sound. :)

I love these cans to death, they are simply stunning.
I wanted a pair of closed back headphones to shut out external sounds so I could use them while others are enjoying TV and such. These Sennheiser's do the job admirably, but in addition provide fantastic bass and treble response giving the user a full tonal listening experience. They're very comfortable to wear (I tend to forget I've got them on after about 5 minutes) and allow the user to swing one ear muff away if required; I've never done that personally.
Over the years I've enjoyed several excellent pairs of headphones, but these are by far the best I've owned without spending several hundred pounds. For the price I doubt you'll beat these for comfort and quality.

I bought these headphones in December 2006, and the sound quality hasn't changed since then, there isn't even any cosmetic damage
Although I don't take these out every day, I use them a lot inside, moving around all of the time and for listening on the bus, train ect. They have the best quality audio I've ever heard, and I wouldn't trade them for any other pair. I'm not a DJ, I just use them for listening to my high quality music and it sounds perfect.
