A Must-Have for New Antique Dealers 7 Dec 2010
By Colleen - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
If you are thinking about getting a space in an antiques mall, or you've had one for a year or two, then you will find helpful tips from start to finish. Inis and Sue cover everything from choosing an antiques mall to ideas on where to find merchandise to sell. It is simply the best resource on the market today for anyone thinking about jumping into the antiques business.

The title is misleading, since the information contained inside goes far beyond selling in an antiques mall. Even if you sell on eBay or Etsy, a local antiques market or own your own brick and mortar shop, this eBook contains enough helpful tips to make it worth the low price.

Since I've been selling at antique markets and shops for ten years, I was worried that it wouldn't contain enough information for me. But I found a lot of helpful advice, particularly in the second half of the book:

* Using Display Pieces
* Faux Walls
* Tips and Tricks of Display
* Inventory Record-Keeping
* Storage Unit Auctions

It is definitely worth the money for new dealers, and also for existing dealers who want to move their antiques booth/biz to the next level.

Full of helpful information 28 Dec 2010
By Margot W. - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
I downloaded the e-book and am very pleased. I haven't read all of it yet, but already have received enough helpful info to make it well worth the price. I may have to print out and highlight the page that advises against buying too many "projects"! That's my weakness.
