A brilliant little book to get one interested and started in curing and smoking. Very well written in an easy to read and follow manner.
Nicely set out. Haven't had a go at any of the recipes yet as i am waiting until I have been on a course for hot and cold smoking so I can get some advice on the best type of smoker to buy.

I recommend Joanna Farrows book very highly as her recipes are well written and work.
