I purchased the book as a first edition some years ago but lost it on lending it to someone. Hence I have bought it and reread it once again.
It is well written and easy to read, illustrating there are other ways to look at and treat ilnesses ranging from eyesight to bone and muscular deformaties and from arthritis to how to manage more serious illness by considering the whole of the body.
I stress it is not written as a difficult to appreciate, medical technical book.
Meir's experiences in life are amazing, in the difficulties he had in overcoming blindness as a child and his success in improving what little vision he had.
He has also spent his life(along with associates) helping others to help themselves and continues to do so.
On completing this book you will find yourself wanting to find out more about him and looking him up on his web site where he has his own clinic in the USA.
