I bought this just as my daughter started secondary school as she was worrying about making friends and how new people would see her. She found it interesting and easy to use and is now referring to her list of positive attributes in a homework project where she has to write about herself.

Some great ideas and practical exercises for working with teenagers. Would be useful if pages could be photocopied. The case studies/examples were American teenagers, but it was very good nevertheless
