5.0 out of 5 starsRe-creating a self to love!10 May 2000

This is a progressive book which gets to the heart of what is and isn't and helps you to determine who you are and what you want out of life. There is no innuendo, rather all subject matter is point blank, leaving no way out of seeing things how they really are. I recommend this book to anyone who feels the least bit insecure in themselves, or who has doubt in the ways of others. It's a real eye opener, and has lots to offer those who... aren't afraid to open their eyes.

5.0 out of 5 starsExcellent All-Purpose Self Help Book4 Dec 2009
By JJ F. - Published on Amazon.com
This is a really good self-help book, that could basically be used by anyone, regardless of their particular problem. It is easy to read, it makes sense, and there is no psycho-babble. I am making my teen-age daughters read it. It is really helpful.

I found this book very helpful and helped me make pivotal decisions at a difficult time. I lost track of my original copy but have recently re-purchased it to pass along to my young adult child. Highly recommended!

This book continues the theme of "The Action Approach," which I remember more clearly, so see my review of that book!

Fascinating and insightful. You just might think twice about tossing it out of sight before your friends enter your apartment, and replying 'Oh, that? It's for my Sister.' when they inevitably find it and ask if it's yours.
