I run my business selling items on Amazon and ebay and despatch upto 300 orders a day. I looked into a specific label printer and checked out Seiko, Dymo and Brother's offerings in greeat detail. In the end I plumped for this. The main reason was the text capture element of the software. All you have to do is higlight the text and click on an icon on the windows taskbar and it imports straight into it's little program. You then simply click on the print icon. No more control c, control v repetitive strain injuries for me. The software is good and allows you to set up a return address so I can thouroughly recommend this product.

Great item, could not get it working at first, so i contacted the supplier, sorted me out straight away, all my fault, should have read the instructions first (thats what there for)no problems since, used every day.

I got this when it was on offer for about £47. It is superb. It has a very small footprint on your desk at about 15cms deep x 11cms wide. It produces superb quality results and is amazingly quick at probably about 1 label a second and very quiet in operation. Blank labels are cheap if you use unbranded ones which are just as good, if not better than genuine Seiko ones. The software supplied is simple but you can taylor your labels to suit most needs very easily.
I recently did some work in an office where the secretary would spend over an hour a day typing up address labels for envelopes on a manual typewritter from client index cards. This Seiko label printer could probably perform the same task in about 2 - 3 minutes. Its quite increadible how technology blinkered some businesses are even in 2012. And as a result we as customers pay for that inefficiency through high prices.
I would highly recommend this label printer to anyone who sells on Ebay, Amazon or a business that sends out invoices/correspondence to customers/clients. Even after a weeks use you will appreciate how much time you use to waste labelling.

Go in with your eyes open and read the instruction; twice!
