Used reliably every day for 7 years, including SCUBA diving before the capacitor expired. Full service and repair cost me £80 at Seiko UK. Lightweight, comfortable and excellent time keeping. I cannot fault mine.

I love this watch and have had it for two years now, but within the first six months the clasp broke (even though it is titanium!) near the press release bit. Must have been a design error because the two tiny thin bits of metal which snapped are under no strain at all when the watch is on, just without them when the watch is off the strap is not together obviously, so still wearable but not ideal. Got the strap fixed and it was replaced by a clasp made out of Titanium-C or Titanium carbide, this is a much much much better idea by Seiko because it is used to make drill bits, so very hard. Although I may be completely wrong and the original clasp was made from the same stuff too! But if you have this watch in my opinion it is a bit of a time bomb waiting to go off because not only did one side of the clasp break, but so did the other side.

The titanium strap has picked up some slight signs of wear around the clasp where is may touch on table tops. Other than that it is still like new in every way. I have an office based job so it doesn't have a hard life.
The watch has never lost time and has never been opened up in the time I've had it - still on the original capacitor. It's surprisingly light weight due to titanium materaials and I find it comfortable to wear. If someone stole it or it somehow got broken I would buy another without hesitation.
