The Seiko Oxford English Thesaurus contains the full contents of the Concise Oxford Thesaurus with over 4,000,000 synonym links. Its spellchecker contains reference to over 130,000 words, including the ability to view phonetic or alphabetical matches. There's also a crossword solver, anagram and jumble solver, as well as 8 word games.
An Easy Learn feature allows you to create your own word list, with a calculator, currency converter and over 130 metric-imperial conversions adding to the list of features on board. The Seiko Oxford English Thesaurus also has a clear 2-line display and meets GCSE and National Curriculum needs.

I've had this for a while now and really can't fault it. It's easy to use and has a vast dictionary. It's helped me with a number of crosswords with the Thesaurus, Anagram Solver and Crossword Solver. I've even played Hangman on it. Well worth having if you like your puzzles.

This machine lacks some of the facilities available on an earlier version. That version offered access to phrases that was often very helpful. The replacement machine does not include this facility. Gaining access to Anagrams or Crosswords now involves more keystrokes than the earlier machine. Another drawback is that the keys to input letters are smaller in size than those on the earlier machine. This leads to the wrong key being selected or the correct key failing to register on the display.
Overall, I found the facilities now on offer are inferior to those on earlier machines.

Excellent product for use as crossword and anagram solver as well as a spell checker. Compact yet offering clear view of words and letters. Sometimes a little slow - don't expect internet speeds!

Portable
Great little instrument light portable can take it anywhere, good if you need to check a spelling of words not normally used, a great asset.
