I'm afraid that the rear screw being stripped bare after but a few turns of the screwdriver has, once again, forced another person to get a replacement unit! Very poor manufacture!
First time out of the box and I did not even have a chance to switch it on - it's exceedingly difficult to turn on a device when you can not get batteries into it!
Fingers crossed the replacement is O.K.

Fun:
I already have the standard rechargable edition (4 stars) and bought this one for my wife. This edition has a battery cover with a single screw. It's made of cheese and tightly fastened. A normal screwdriver blurs the screw head into flat metal.

I have just received my Sega megadrive handheld device, very fast delivery as advised 10/10 for that!
the compartment where the batteries go was a little struggle to get to but when I finally did the console glowed with life!
each time I play one of the games the screen flickers now I dont know why this was, so I have to say this wasn't really worth the best part of £30
