This is a great book, talking about the relationship with food and in a no-nonsense style. But, I just read "Six Weeks To OMG" (don't laugh!), and it's even better.
As the description says, it's a mix of science and psychology, and that really nails it. It DOES has some radical stuff in it, but I think all people care about is long term fat loss. And I've got that. Worth a read.
