Although the material depicted here was written in the nineteen eighties, this guide is a classic for the spiritual seeker. It teaches about the Indian customs, providing wise advice on travel as describe the different yoga traditions and their teachers.

I was looking for a guide to Ashrams in India as I wanted to visit there this year. This book is written back in the 80's so I did not find the information of use at all.
