I HAVE READ A LOT OF ERICA SPNDLERS WORK, BUT I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT THIS IS HER FINEST WORK YET.
THIS IS AN OUSTANDING BOOK.YOU FEEL INEXPLICABLY DRAWN TO JANE,SHE IS A STRONG CHARACTOR WHO HAS BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH, BUT HAS PREVAILED THROUGH IT ALL WITH A LOVING HUSBAND AND A CHILD ON THE WAY. WHEN EVERY THING DOES START TO GO WRONG, YOU AUTOMATICALLY FEEL SYMPATHY FOR HER. AND YOU YOURSELF WONDER WHO TO TRUST. THE SUSPENSE IN THIS BOOK IS VERY STRONG AND IS NEATLY BALANCED BY THE LOVE IN THIS STORY FROM BOTH THE SISTER AND THE HUSBAND. BUT WHO DOES JANE BELIEVE, SHE WANTS TO BELIEVE HER HUSBAND , BUT WITH THE EVIDENCE, SEEDS OF DOUBT HAVE BEEN PLANTED IN HER MIND ABOUT HIS INNOCENCE.
THIS BOOK NEVER LETS UP WITH THE STORY AND JUST WHEN YOU THINK YOU HAVE A GRASP OF WHATS GOING ON AND WHO THE KILLER IS, WELL EVERYTHING CHANGES AND YOU HAVE TO TRY AGAIN.
ERICA SPINDLER HAS OUT DONE HERSELF THIS TIME AND THIS IS A BOOK I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This was the first Spindler book i read and I thought it was just brilliant - she engages you in the story from the get go and after reading this I have gone on to collect all her books - exept shocking pink which was a shocking disaster!! Would def reccomend this book - it, like all her books is full of twists turns red herrings and good old romance - you can tell she was a mills & boon writer in the past!! but I do like the combination

This book is fantastic, one of the best i've read by Ms Spindler. I'm not a regular reader but this book i couldnt put down so much so i wanted to read a few sentences stuck in traffic at the lights on the way to work! Would definitly recommend!!!

The best so far!
This was the first book I read by Erica Spindler and I have to say it was great! I like a book that I never want to put down and this was definetely one of them! Some good twists. Read more
