This book had it all: a very good story, some funny moments, lots of very hot, steamy sex, falling in love, heartbreak, sacrifice, before ending in the perfect HEA.
Emily has been having erotic dreams, which she's been noting in her diary in an attempt to make sense of them. She never sees her lover's face, and the dream ends...with her waking up hot, bothered and wanting that last fulfilment. Eventually, in an effort to break she cycle of erotic dreams, one night she forcefully says 'no', and her dreams cease. But she feels that someone is missing from her life, someone she does not know, whose face she hasn't seen.
Devan is a Seducer - a lover who visits women's dreams, fulfilling their dreams, but not their hearts, and Emily is the first person to have ever banished him from her dreams. His is intrigued and piqued, so he petitions his elders for the ability to become mortal, to be able to travel to earth to fulfil his purpose by seducing Emily. The wish is granted, and he is told that he has a month on earth, after which time he will be summoned back and will not be allowed to return for a 100 years.
So, they meet, and their meetings and his 'courtship' of her is very funny, as he has no idea about human habits, customs, dating, life - or anything, and he gets a lot wrong, but eventually they get together...and fall in love. It is the first time he's ever been in love, but that tempts fate - literally: The Fates intervene...
There is more to the tale, which was incredibly well-written, and I enjoyed every bit of it. For me, it had the perfect ending, and will remain on my Kindle as a Keeper.

Although I have quite an eclectic taste in reading, contemporary romance or paranormal aren't high in my favourite genres. That's the reason for the three star review from me, if these are your genre I'd say add a further star.
There is a really good synopsis so I don't want to give anything away by adding to that. Although I did find the story a little slow at times, it was very well written, but not a keeper for me.
I'd say the Kindle price of 77p is very reasonable but personally I wouldn't pay over £5 for the paperback edition.

An enjoyable read, although it seemed to go on a bit and i found i skimmed through some of the pages as the story just got repetitive.
