Matthew Stallion was subpoenaed to appear in family court instead of criminal court on be known to Matthew he find out that the young man who stole his car and crash it he is the son of Judge Katrina Broomes one of there own. Once he appear in court and talk with the prosecutor it was decided that they was going to try to mediate since he is a Judge son and this is first offense he will admit to guilt. Once court got under way and all agreed that this case will best be serve as a mediation, Matthew ask to be in on the negotiation. Katrina Broomes is the mother of a 15 yrs old son who has gotten himself into trouble by stealing and crashing Matthew Stallion car. As a judge Katrina see these type of cases all the time so when the tide as turn and she is on the other side she is mad that her son put her and himself in this situation.

As the two met for the first time you can feel the attraction between Matthew & Katrina just jump off the page. For Katrina she hasn't made the time to date since she been working and taking care of her son so she really hasn't been with anybody since her husband died, and Matthew was know as a playbody but when I tell you that once he met Katrina eveything change for him. He couldn't stop thinking about her and wanted to be with her all the time and when Katrina met Matthew thoughts she never think or feel again was in her mind, she think about him all he time.

There is a scene in the book where Matthew is in her courtroom and while there she think back right before she is to appear in court and Matthew came in her office.................let just say that before that could get busy it was time for her to appear in court and she didn't have enough time to put her clothes back on so you know what she had on under her ROBE..................and he whole time while in that courtroom let just say that Katrina couldn't keep her mind on what was going on with in her court room. Time for LUNCH..................

This is Matthew's story and it was worth the wait. Finally the questions about whether he fathered a child with Vanessa is answered. I loved the way the relationship between Matthew and Katrina developed. They truly got to know each other and became friends before taking their relationship to the next level. Katrina was a strong single parent not afraid to express her feelings. There was no game playing, although there was a misunderstanding the could have cost them their future together. Its always great to revisit the characters from the previous books. If you haven't read the Stallion series yet you are missing a treat. This is one of my favorite series. It was also refreshing to read a book that was properly edited.

This was a great, really romantic read. Matthew Stallion really pulled out all the stops for Katrina. Katrina seemed like she was going to be really frigid in the beginning, but she really surprised be with her willingness to open up to Matthew. These two had a fiery passion for one another, and it showed int he hot love scenes. I wanted their story to go on to see how their new family will come together. With Katrina's son Collin, and the new baby coming it would make for a good continuation of their story. Well done.
