Tai Sheridan writes with a very informative but very relaxed style. He makes new ideas and concepts easy to understand. I have now read several of his books and have enjoyed, and learned from each one. For anyone new to the concepts of Buddhism, you wont find a better starting point.

3.0 out of 5 stars Too short 3 Jan 2014
Format:Paperback
This is very simple and ridiculously short. If you want something to read over like a mantra each day this would work for that.
