For some reason the subtitle "How to feel 30 years younger" didn't make it onto the cover (it appears inside), but it makes clear that this book is aimed at older women. That said, there is plenty of good advice for women of all ages, and for young women intending to stay young in the long-run.
The book covers everything you need to know to look and feel younger. That seems like a sweeping statement, but it really refers to a range of obvious subjects, including diet, exercise, toning, skincare, dietary supplements, make-up, dentistry, HRT, and of course clothing. There is also a potted version of the Amazing Inch Loss Plan, which I can attest is a quite brilliant way to lose weight in a sustainable way (I've reviewed that product here, too).
Inevitably some of the advice amounts to common sense. For example, it seems obvious that you should choose a hairstyle that suits you, though there are a bewildering number of people who appear to ignore that advice. I would at least give what Rosemary says a chance before dismissing it.
My wife and I both found it an informative and amusing book. There is something for every woman of a certain age, who doesn't want to grow old just yet. If you are in the mood for change of lifestyle, this book is well worth a look!
