An attractively illustrated little book - part of a series about alternative therapies. It serves well as an introduction, and is neither prescriptive nor fanciful.
All the usual areas are covered - the history, the principles, the levels, and the hand positions - and the text is interspersed with brief case studies which illustrate various points.
All in all, lots of clear information, good advice and food for thought.

An excellent, easy to read and very informative guide, looking at the principles and practice of Reiki and the techniques used. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to develop their knowledge and understanding of Reiki.
