Koryu Uchinadi Kenpo-jutsu Nyumon is a 3 and 1/2 hour presentation on the Nyumon level of our application-based curriculum. We have presented many of the drills from several angles to better study each technique. We have also used different yudansha in order to clearly illustrate how varying body types, and the physical demands they have on each of us, affect our range of motion and individual performance. could have put it all on one dvd ....,

Although I highly respect and admire Hanshi McCarthy .. I think this two dvd set could have been
squeezed down into one dvd but getting rid of the many multiple angles for the same drill. The drills and techniques are great but remember to turn down the sound after the first few minutes, the music kind of drones on and on....
