Crossfades 'Secret Love' has to be the little known treasure of 2011 and i doubt will be bettered in 2012.
I have owned Crossfades first release for a few years after being inpressed by Goran Edmans excellent vocals on the Streettalk releases.
Goran must be the hardest worked aor/jazz/blues/rock vocalist but always personifies excellence.
The band which comprises such accomplished musicians as R Stenstrom,L Hallback,G Edman,S Lindvall,P Lindvall and the wonderful lyrics of Eva etc cant and dont fail.
The sound is Steely Dan meets Streettalk meets Transatlantic meets The Power of Two meets Opus 2011 meets Steely Dan again and again.
Pure quality west coast aor,jazz,blues rock.
The cd/dvd is a masterpiece and has to be followed up with another and yet another cd.
The instrumentals are a delight and if you need to relax whilst being rocked then please,please buy and listen to the cd.
If it comes to winning awards then Crossfade and Goran and the team must be front runners.
Now its time to put the band in their rightful position along side the best of the rest.
