From the band title I was expecting something from a group of prison convicts. Therefore, I never had high expectations. This album will appeal to anyone who likes the music of Creed, Fuel, Dust for Life and Finger Eleven. Any band that can write a song like Eden, must have an abundance of talent. If this album was a car, it would be a rusted Morris Minor with a diamond ring in the glove box. This album rocks from start to finish, in years to come it is sure to gain classic status.

This album is really great. Right from the start it shows miles voice really well. He could be the best singer out there and he is on this album and his new bands alter bridge album. Some of the best from this album is there single eden and other greats like carry on and flatley's crutch (which is my fav). Its an great rock album and if you like his new stuff with alter bridge then this one should be in your list to.

bought this album cos I love alter bridge and think Myles Kennedy has one of the best voices in rock music. I wasn't disappointed. This album has followed me everywhere, in the house, in the car, at work etc for weeks and I haven't grown tired of it.

Sick and Wrong is a great track to open the album (any young guys or gals still living at home with their parents should take note not to play in front of your mother!!).

Eden is by far the best track on the album. You don't get many songs which can physically move you, but this one does!

Track 8, Backslide is my other fav, but the whole album rocks.

It is clear to see that Myles Kennedy (lead vocals, guitar) had the star quality from early on in his career and carried it through to his current band, Alter Bridge (I thoroughly recommend all 3 of their albums). It is my opinion that he is the best there is when it comes to fronting a rock band. The raw power his voice is capable of is sublime and is met on an equal status by the complete opposite end of the scale in the softer notes (see 'Summergirl' track 12). My personal favourite on this album is 'White Flag' track 9.

I play all my mp3's through Winamp and i've noticed that this album's bit rate fluctuates. I used to own the first Sony Walkman mp3 player and although the the files with fluctuating bit rates would transfer over, they would never play. I don't know whether this is still the case, maybe it is with other mp3 players, but they play perfectly well on my ipod.

I would much prefer to own the cd, but £50? Even though an import, it's a bit steep, considering their first album is available for just over £20.

This is an amazing album. I'm very keen to get ahold of any music with Myles Kennedy his vocals are great. I would recommend Slash's 'Made in Stoke' also as Myles is doing the vocals on that album he's really good and even better than Axel Rose on the Guns N' Roses tracks. I want to thank my friend who recently introduced me to Alter Bridge. Myles is a very talented guy.
