It is a difficult world we live in sometimes and the link we have to our inner self and spirit can get us through. My father recentlypassed away and it was my dreams and visions that got me through. Second Sight is incredibly moving in its honesty. Dr. Orloff brings the psychic into the world that we have taken at first sight. She offers us the vision that we are much more than the limited beings we've always thought we are. She tells us that we can bring love and compassion even into the most material aspects of our lives by embracing that part of us that society has deemed unnatural. No unintelligible esoterica here, just the story of one person's journey towards wholeness - a story that could be our own. Highly recommended.

This is a down-to-earth book for intelligent people who know that we all have a natural psychic/intuitive ability. Books like this are a first step toward making psychic/intuitive practice an accepted part of our society. It's like a breath of fresh air.

This is a well written (for the layman) book. For anyone that is interested in or curious about special spiritual gifts - this is the book or you.

I found the prose purple and the reports incredible...
I am a 66 year old psychiatrist and psychoanalyst and sincerely try to keep an open mind. I am only halfway through the book and am having trouble getting past the unbelievable... Read more
