Erm, actually, Fireball Ministry sound nothing whatsoever like Foo Fighers, Led Zeppelin or Motorhead. Or any combination of those bands.

They are in fact a band in a similar mould to Spiritual Beggars, Monster Magnet, Kyuss, Generous Maria etc. You get the idea.

Some monumental riffs, catchy melodies, great vocals and they're not afraid to rock in a current musical climate that is terrified of genuine rock music. No, Editors do not count.

Well worth checking out.

The Fireball minstry have put the rock back into rock music. This is a superb CD. The band are like a cross between the Foo Fighter and Motorhead with a bit of Led Zep thrown in. Sweet melodies, driving rhythms, top songs, this is an outstanding CD and if you're a fan of hard rock music well worth buying.

One Of The Best New Rock Bands At The Moment 3 July 2005
By disengager - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
I found about these guys after Deron Miller of CKY [one of my favorite bands] mentioned them on CKY's website. I bought the album without hearing a song, and it was well worth it. These guys have great songs, riffs, and vocals. One of my favorite new bands, and hopefully one of yours too if you buy this album, which I reccomend that you do.

Straight up rock with a metal twist 27 Sep 2004
By Metalhead - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
First off, this, in my opinion, is one of the best rock/metal CDs to come out in the 2000's. This CD definitely has an old school feel to it. You cannot help but compare Fireball Ministry to Black Sabbath. Their sounds are similar in many ways. However, this band is more than just a cheap Sabbath knockoff. This album flat out rocks!! "Flatline" is easily one of the best songs I have heard in a long time. The best aspect of this band is that they are a nice change from the typical metal fare. They remember what started it all, and they incorporate that into their sound. Listen to this CD once, and you'll be all to eager to be a member of the congregation of Fireball Ministry's self-proclaimed "First Church of Rock 'N Roll"!!

Awesome!!! 1 Sep 2004

From start to finish, every song is catchy and very reminiscent of Sabbath. The album's like one big song. Picking up on the next track where it left on the previous one. Never heard of these guys and gals before, but I'm very pleased with my purchase.

In response to Terry's comments... 13 Dec 2004

I would really like to know what show you saw because I quite enjoyed FM when I saw them in NYC. You must not have a great deal of musical knowledge. FM is one of the best bands I have heard in a very long time. I also really enjoyed DIO. Terry, perhaps you should listen closer next time!

Finally! Rock is alive, and kicking 25 Dec 2005
By War Machine - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
At a time when the great rock bands are starting to show their age, and all the newer bands are caught up in the "Music Industries deathtrap"; a glimmer of light has appeared on the horizon.

If you're looking for the emotional power ballads, and pretty boy front men, go see if Poison has put out another greatest hits album. This isn't for you.

However, if your idea of music is jacking up the volume, and having your teeth blasted down your throat by a band that rocks with a vengeance, welcome home.

I can't remember hearing a new band with such an in your face, solid rock delivery since the earlier days of Motorhead. If you're a serious rock fan, you will not be disappointed.
