This book is good if you have absolutely no knowledge what so ever. It has a reasonable explaianation of the anantomy and use of accupressure points. A brief outline of the meridians and where they are good diagrams. Brief explaination of some theories of TCM. (very brief)
So why not 5 stars? Well the majority of the work suggested is on the back and a tiny bit on the limbs, but actually misses out how to access many of the meridians points down the arms and legs especially any that run down the front like Stomach, Spleen, Liver and Kidney. So if you know nothing about accupressure or meridian work would be a great introduction, but if you have some knoweledge like me then sadly not enough covered as some meridians like bladder accessed but what about the others. Would have preferred more on how to work in seated postion and less on the Anatomy and TCM as actually can find that stuff in more depth elsewhere.
