Format: Paperback
This book has been inspiring me (and many others I know) since the late 80's and this re-publication is true to the original. The concepts, exercises, games (whatever you want to call them) are leaping off points, and allow people of all musical ability to 'have a game of music'. For pro musicians who want to develop new compositions from improvisations, to young school children facilitated by a teacher, there is something in here for all. However, a warning - it's only as good as the way it is brought alive by you - the reader/user!

A great rare book on the subject of "free" improvizing within a group. All the exercises are explained thoroughly!nice time-investment for me..
