This book is jam-packed with content but unfortunately it is not written in a very engaging way and it is quite hard to trudge through an entire chapter without zoning out.

A good book. Gives a sound legal foundation as regards the Law of Tort. The commentary is particularly useful and very substantial in its arguments. A Good book to assist you in your first year Tort exams.
