I bought this for work, and my colleagues tell me it works perfectly. I don't see any benefit in spending more than necessary on a product like this if intended for light use. At the end of the day, how many times is this going to get used? A few times a month? Which would probably make it last at least a year. Unless you have a toasted sandwich addiction or are using this for trade purposes, it's a very good product for the price.
