Excellent screen protector.
Fitting instructions are a bit unclear but once you work them out (you have to peel off the protective cover on the screen side, gradually fix the protector using the card or a ruler to avoid air bubbles and then remove the front protctive cover) it fitted "like a glove" and without any bubbles!
It isn't anti-glare but it does a great job of protecting your iPhone 4 screen.

Rubbish....poor quality....looks awful even if you do manage to get it on without air bubbles, when you take the second mask off, the finish of the protector beneath is very poor. I guess you get what you pay for!

What went wrong?
