This is a terriffic book to dip in and out of. It's been a great resource for me and my cub pack as my outdoor scouting skills are somewhat rusty and needed a quick brush up! A wide range of skills, equipment lists and good practice are all covered in this well illustrated book. It would make a great gift for either child or adult who is interested in scouting.

Takes me back to when I was a scout and Scout Handbooks actually included useful information.
If you have a son or daughter (however old!) involved in Scouting, I recommend you buy this book for them.
It's inspiring stuff. My non-scouting daughter has already asked to go camping and the book only arrived this morning!

Every boy should have one!
