This book is an excellent introduction into Scottish Buisness Law for students. It was written by two lecturers as a concise and understandable alternative to the lengthy law books which were previously all that was available. It is easily read as an interesting book on its own or equally as good to "dip into" on particular legal topics. It contains over 100 intersting case studies on the seven main categories it covers, Law of Contract, Sale of Goods, Consumer Protection, Law of Agency, Buisness Orginisations, Law of Delict and Employment Law. As well as being an ideal foundation book for new students it could prove an invaluable friend to small buisness owners to guide them in the right legal direction.
