About the Author
Professor Angelo Forte is Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Aberdeen. After a period in private practice, Professor Forte taught at the universities of Glasgow, Dundee and Edinburgh before taking up his current appointment in 1993. Professor Forte is a member of the Law Society of Scotland's Banking Law Committee.
