I have been suffering with morton's neuroma in one of my feet for about a year. This was spoiling all the competative cycling that i do. I have tried all makes of pad with little success. Following research i discovered that you need a pad which pushes the toe bones apart to create more space for the nerves, rather than a pad on the ball of the foot.I purchased this pad. It feels strange in the foot because you feel like there is a big stone in your foot but after a while this sensation goes away. It has made a big difference,I would say that about 75% of my pain has gone away. I can now go for a hard 50 mile ride and not have my foot throbbing for several days after.

About 17 years ago I developed Moreton's neuroma and have been wearing these metatarsal pads for running, which have successfully relieved it. As my arches have dropped over the years, the metatarsal heads of my feet (where the toes join the main foot) hit the ground first (metatarsalgia)and are very painful. The pads also help with this by changing the angle of the part of the foot that hits the ground first. To begin with they felt unfomfortable and the centre of my foot felt bruised. However by persevering and wearing them for short periods at a time, now I don't even notice they are there.

Very comfortable insole. No need to move from one shoe to others because they are the legs. Morning and put on them until the evening I'm with them. Pain in the legs and waist significantly decreased.
